FOSdoc Module: Sales & Marketing

If you decide to sell your documentation to dealers and end customers in book form, for example, there are numerous aspects to be considered:

  • Have you ensured that the books will be available (i.e. have storage and delivery been organised)?
  • Who will provide information to dealers, customers, the press, ...?
  • How will discount enquiries and returns be handled?
  • How has the accounting been organised? How will the authors be paid?
